Past Projects - Private Apartments

Willenhall Road, Wolverhampton - 13 apartments
This development of 13 flats was built on the site of a former petrol service station and small workshop. Willenhall Road is a main artery from the M6 into Wolverhampton and is currently undergoing extensive redevelopment. This site was seen as an opportunity to develop a 'landmark' building on this important frontage and set a benchmark for future regeneration projects.
The building takes its cue from the housing along Willenhall Road, the hip roofs and gabled elements. Materials are contemporary and reflect the industrial heritage of this area.

Hockliffe Road, Leighton Buzzard - 14 2 bed apartments
Developed on the edge of the centre of this market town, these 14 apartments are in a highly sustainable location allowing a high density of coverage on this infill site.
Previously the site had been occupied by a derelict detached house which had become dominated by the new roundabout.
The three storey linear form of the apartment block allows car parking to be discreetly hidden at the rear and is articulated to enable the existing trees to be retained. It now gives a fitting response to this urban space and completes the townscape in this part of the town.
Since development was completed the LA have carried out there own street enhancements which add to the overall effect.
