Our Services - Social Housing
Work is currently being undertaken for several Housing Associations, mainly as "design and build" contracts. All housing in this sector meets the Housing Corporation standards (SDS and HBF) and is designed to meet the requirements of "ECO Homes" and "Secured by Design". Current projects include 12 houses and flats in Swavesey and 12 houses in Chelmsford.
